With a blend of lively playlists and infectious laughter in her fitness classes and a serene, zen-like atmosphere in her yoga sessions, Pamela embodies the Yin & Yang of life. Join her for six weekly classes at Me Fitness, where she creates an environment of growth and connection.

Beyond the studio, Pamela extends her practice to serve diverse communities. She offers classes to nurses at local clinics and to 55+ communities, spreading the benefits of yoga to all.

Pamela's journey with yoga began in 2002 when she fell in love with its transformative power. Inspired to share this passion, she embarked on seven years of dedicated practice and study, obtaining her first certification in 2009. Ever since, Pamela has been a respected instructor in Portland, serving her home base at Me Fitness Studios since 2012, where she cherishes the vibrant community.

Since 2012, Pamela has orchestrated annual yoga retreats amidst nature's breathtaking beauty. She has led participants on transformative journeys of self-discovery in diverse locales, including Mexico, the Oregon Coast, Mt Hood National Forest, Joshua Tree National Park, and Desert Hot Springs.
